4. Online Store Management
Only authorized personnel may create, amend, publish or deactivate product listings, pricing, vouchers,
promotions, store information and account settings.
5. Ethical Conduct
IEP prohibits fraud, unauthorized discounts, false claims, manipulation of reviews, misleading
advertising, bribery and other improper conduct.
6. Platform Compliance
IEP shall comply with the applicable approved platforms.

7. Records
Sales, order, payment, return, refund and promotional records shall be maintained as appropriate.
8. Review
