1. Purpose
To establish consistent controls for IEP’s corporate and online sales activities.
2. Scope
Applies to sales through Shopee, Lazada, IEP’s website and other approved sales channels.
3. Product Listings
• Product names, descriptions, specifications, photographs, availability and prices shall be accurate
and approved.
• Prohibited or restricted products shall not be listed.
• Claims about product performance shall be reasonable and supportable.
4. Order Acceptance
Orders shall be processed according to platform procedures, stock availability, approved pricing and
applicable commercial terms.
5. Pricing and Discounts
Prices and discounts must follow approved authority limits and promotional approvals.
6. Customer Service
Customer enquiries shall be handled professionally and within reasonable/platform-required response
times. Staff shall not provide misleading information.
7. Payment
Payments shall be accepted through approved platform/payment channels. Staff shall not request
customers to make unauthorized off-platform payments.
8. Cancellation
Order cancellations shall be handled in accordance with the applicable platform process and
operational circumstances.
9. Returns, Refunds and Complaints
Sales personnel shall follow IEP’s Return & Refund Policy and cooperate with platform dispute
procedures.
10. Sales Records
Orders, invoices, payments, returns, refunds and relevant correspondence shall be recorded and
retained according to Company requirements.
11. Authority and Accountability
Only authorized personnel may operate the corporate seller accounts or make binding commercial
commitments on behalf of IEP.
12. Review
This Policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with IEP’s commercial objectives and platform requirements.
